Pia G. Guggenbühl is a highly experienced communications and public affairs specialist, looking back at a career of nearly 20 years representing the interests of companies, associations and organizations. As a former Head of Communications, Consultant and Public Affairs expert she has a thorough understanding of the Swiss political and media landscape as well as an excellent network among key stakeholders.
Her advice to executive and senior leadership members in corporate and public roles on building and implementing effective communication strategies helped shaping vision, preventing crisis and strengthening brand awareness and reputation as well as supporting the achievement of business objectives.
Pia G. Guggenbühl studied at the University of Zurich and the Università degli Studi di Firenze, obtaining a Masters degree in political sciences and communications. As a former teacher for Public Affairs and Lobbying at her Alma Mater, she has a profound theoretical know-how of the representation of political interests. Several prizes have been awarded to her by prestigious institutions, including the Association of Former International Civil Servants, the Financial Times Germany and SABRE (nomination award for the concept and launch of a political action plan for the Swiss chemical and pharmaceutical industry).
